		All Prices in € Euro (per apartment for a night).
		Benefits: The price includes Internet via Wifi!
		There is no extra cleaning fee.
		Linen and Towels are provided (and changed once a week).
		Payment: rent must be paid in advance for the relevant period. In case of long leases,
		at the beginning of each four week period.
		We accept paypal (Visa, Mastercard, Diners...), bank wire, cash.
		Deposit/payment:
		We require a deposit of 30 % at booking.
		Rest is due at handing over the keys.
		Deposit: € 100.- for short term rent (up to 2 weeks)
		€ 200.- for long term rent
		Cancellation: We only accept written cancellations.
		In case of cancellation of your reservation up to 2 weeks before arrival,
		we convert your deposit into a voucher.
		This voucher is valid for one year and can be used for another booking in one of our apartments.
		Is your cancellation made within 2 weeks before your arrival or is the period of one year,
		over there will be no refund of the deposit.
