All Prices in € Euro (per apartment for a night).

There is no extra cleaning fee.
|

Linen and Towels are provided (and changed once a week).

|

Payment: rent must be payed in advance for the relevant period. In case of longer leases,

|
|
at the beginning of each four week period.
|
|
|
We accept pay pal (visa, master card, dinners...), bank wire, cash.
|
|
|
Deposit/payment:
|
|
|
We require a deposit of 30 % at booking.
|
|
|
Rest is due at handing over the keys.
|
|
|
Deposit: € 100.- for short term rent (up to 2 weeks)
|
|
|
€ 200.- for long term rent
|
|
|
Cancellation: We only accept written cancellations.
|
|
|
In case of cancellation of your reservation up to 2 weeks before arrival,
|
|
|
we convert your deposit into a voucher.
|
|
|
This voucher is valid for one year and can be used for another booking in one of our apartments.
|
|
|
Is your cancellation made within 2 weeks before your arrival or is the period of one year,
|
|
|
over there will be no refund of the deposit.
|
